Finished reading "Sing Your Heart Out Wilburn Boys." Enjoyed it so much! You put so much time and research in this book to share with fans like me that has loved and grew up with this family. I have followed them through the years.

I found myself wondering what the next page, the next chapter held. I couldn't read it fast enough. I smiled at the cute stuff, cried at the sad. Laughed at the humor and loved the happy times. At times I was right there with them....Wish I could have been.

You covered some of all their lives from childhood to death (sad part), it was amazing. I didn't realize just how many , many country singers' lives these two, (along with their family) that they have helped along the way.

I am not a reader, but my little sister wrote this book so I dang sure was going to read it. I was in the Far East as a military wife when the Wilburn Brothers Show was so popular,so, I didn't really know who they were. When I started reading, I couldn't put it down. Couldn't believe my little sister could write this well.

The part about "Little Johnny From Down the Street" and Buddy Rodgers cracked me up. I pictured it in my mind and started laughing while driving the bus (with passengers on board) and had to pull over I was laughing so hard.

All the wonderful remarks I have received regarding this book certainly has made this two-year project very satisfying and worthwhile. The purpose of this book was to illuminate the career of Teddy and Doyle, the Wilburn Brothers. I, along with many others, feel the Wilburn Brothers have never received their rightful place in country music history. The Wilburn Brothers spent 45 years of their lives promoting country music. They helped so many other artists along their journey through music history.

Several of these books have been sent to key industry people in Nashville, hoping to bring to the forefront the major impact the Wilburn Brothers made on country music. The Country Music Hall of Fame inductees are set to be announced the second week of March. These books may be too late this year to influence any votes but if not this year, maybe the next year. It is way past time for the Wilburn Brothers to join the other greats in country music.

This book is not available at time. I hope to convert it to an E-book and make it available to Wilburn Brothers fans free. More information will be forthcoming as soon as I work out the details.

Another book about the Wilburn Brothers is in the works!!!

Two gentlemen, Alan Cofer and Bill Cox, are writing a new biography. This book has the support of the Wilburn family and I look forward to reading this book. I will make information regarding the release of the book available as soon as I know. There can never be too much information regarding the Wilburn Brothers.
